Save Money on the Go with Travel Apps
Back in 2008, I had quite the road trip experience. I crisscrossed the nation twice, just because I wanted to see the Pacific Ocean in all its vast glory. The traveling gear at the time wasn’t exactly top-notch. I had a finicky old TomTom GPS, which once led me straight into the heart of the Nevada desert, quite a detour from my intended path. My backup? A printed Mapquest guide and an old-school atlas snug in the pocket behind my driver’s seat.
But hey, times have changed. Today we have fantastic travel apps that not only help us navigate but also let us save some dough on our journeys. It’s simple, easy, and way more reliable. No more unexpected excursions into the desert!
